To start a return
- Email support@plantartech.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
- We’ll send you a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Ship the item back using those instructions. Returns sent without an RMA can’t be processed.
Wholesale orders aren’t covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee offered on retail purchases.
